1977
Good Times, the parent company behind HOSEKI was established in the watch and clock industry. The thriving company grew steadily with an earnest reputation within the clock business.

1978
First production of HOSEKI analog clocks begins in Japan.

1990s
China production facilities have met the stringent requirements and were awarded the ISO9001.
Good Times restructured its business focus and started OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for selected international renowned brands.

Early 2000s
HOSEKI product range is re-emphasized with its leading digital clock collections.

 2006
Corporate social responsibilty and environmental issues were introduced and taken into careful considerations by Good Times and its business partners. Environmental issue is taken seriously into careful consideration. RoHs (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) compliance of product starts.
